Winter Music Festival Concert

A season of live music, not a single night
The Winter Music Festival returned for its second edition as a season rather than a single show: a recurring series of live-music nights running across November, December and January. Its line-up brought together some of the region's biggest and most in-demand performers, and across the months it grew into a winter-long destination in its own right, drawing audiences back again and again.
The festival ran on a large scale: many separate nights, each with its own audience, sold, secured and scanned across an entire season. A recurring series like this is a different order of operation from a single event, and it needs ticketing that can carry the whole run without missing a beat.
The KNOT Technologies Impact
For the organisers, KNOT ran ticketing and access for the full season on one platform. Sales, entry and reporting were handled in the same place from the first night to the last, and the platform carried the full range of ticket categories a festival of this scale needs: general admission, VIP and table bookings, each priced, sold and managed side by side.
Because it ran as a season rather than a single show, KNOT also issued multi-day festival passes alongside single-night tickets, letting fans buy once and return across multiple nights. Whether a guest arrived on a single-night ticket or a multi-day pass, every ticket was secured to its holder and could not be transferred, forwarded or resold, and scanning verified each one in seconds at the gate, including fully offline, so entry held up on every night regardless of connectivity.
Not every sale happened online. KNOT's box office brought on-site, same-day sales onto the same platform as digital ticketing, so walk-up guests could be sold VIP, table or general-admission tickets on the spot, with every sale, online or at the door, flowing into one real-time view.
